Airport Applications

Metal Foundations has installed foundations in many airports nationwide. The MFPF is ideal for many airport lighting applications, given that it is quickly installed and can be relocated with relative ease. The MFPF has been used in conjunction with approach lighting systems, low level wind shear alert systems (LLWAS), glide slopes, localizer control buildings, NAVAIDS, airport signage, etc.

To date, Metal Foundations has completed projects at the following airports: Pittsburgh International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Buffalo Niagara International Airport,Arnold Palmer Regional Airport, Robins Air Force Base, Dover Air Force Base, W. Patterson Air Force Base, Teterboro runway, Monroe Municipal Airport, Monroe NC, and Allentown, PA/Lehigh Valley International Airport.
